Privacy policy
This page explains what information Technitea collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. This website is run by Technitea, an independent publisher based in Indonesia, which is responsible for the information collected here.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is the email address you type into one of our forms:
- the newsletter form (new books and course news),
- the courses waitlist,
- the "checkout opens soon" notice on a book.
With your email we store which form you used, the book it was about (if any), the time, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to block repeated automated sign-ups. We do not store your IP address itself.
How we use it
We use your email only to send what you signed up for, plus one confirmation message. We do not sell, rent or share it for advertising.
Where it is kept
Sign-ups are stored on our own server. Emails are delivered through Brevo, an email sending service that processes your address only to deliver our messages.
Payments
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. Technitea never sees or stores your card details. Lemon Squeezy shares with us the order information we need to deliver your book and answer support questions, such as your name, email and what you bought.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own server. The checkout pages run by Lemon Squeezy may use cookies needed for payment.
How long we keep it
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails, at any time. Write to hello@technitea.com from the address concerned and we'll reply within 30 days.
Children
Our picture book is meant to be bought and read by adults with children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date below.
